Darcy - Available for Adoption

History:   Darcy is another girl that  came to TAGS from Greyhounds as Pets, New South Wales, Australia.  She arrived in the U.S. on March 14, 2024 after a long 15-hour flight from Sydney.  Darcy has been completely vetted. Since Darcy was not registered to race, she has no racing name. Darcy’s dam is Kay Are Emm and her sire is Taken King.

Her handlers at Greyhounds as Pets said Darcy is outgoing and confident.  However, the newness seemed to initially intimidate her.  She will need some adjustment time before her true personality shows.  She  is settling into her foster home with TAGS’ alum, Chanel;  and they do zoomies in the yard and look for squirrels. She is sweet and enjoys petting and playing with toys.   Darcy is a beautiful petite blue brindle girl with white tips.  She needed help loading into the car but once inside, she lays on the seat.   Darcy is over her jet lag and has relaxed some.
